How you can help

The biggest thing we need from you is your time.

Our volunteers help us:
- Collect and stow food
- Make up food boxes
- Deliver food boxes
- Complete administration tasks

We understand your time is precious. We offer you the chance to give back in a flexible way. If you have a spare hour, day, week, month or year we have a role for you!

If you are looking to donate food, below is a list of food which we are currently short of:
- Tinned Meat - (Curry, Chilli, Meat Balls, Hot Dogs, Pies, etc.)
- Tinned Vegetables (Peas, Carrots, Potatoes, etc.)
- Tinned Desserts (Fruit, Custard, Rice Pudding, etc.)
- Soups (Tinned & Packets)
- Dried Pasta & Rice
- Biscuits
- Cereal
- Tea & Coffee
- Long-life Milk
- Preserves
- Pasta Sauces

Please note we do take all types of ambient food, all donations are gratefully received, so if you wish to donate something different to the above it is still very much appreciated. 

We do not require you to purchase branded/expensive items; often the cheapest and simplest items are what we are most short of.

Finally we can only accept food that is in date, and that has not passed its Use By or Best Before Date.
